Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at supportme@petpawart.com
 with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
